Modern Leader Collective

Executive Coaching for a Fresh Approach to Leadership in Tech

Everyone deserves to work for a great leader.

One who inspires them, encourages innovation, cares about them as people and employees, one who is invested in each team member’s success and growth. Companies want great leaders because they generate strong, resilient, agile and highly effective cultures. Leaders want to become great to have a stronger impact on a larger scale.

No one has more power to start a positive ripple effect than a leader

…But leaders aren’t instantly made by adding a new job title and salary increase. You have to cultivate the skills and strengths within yourself to:

  • Lead with integrity even when maneuvering between
    opposing agendas

  • Communicate with care even when the pressure is on

  • Set clear expectations and hold boundaries even with
    your bosses

  • Not just offer support, but also ask for it even in
    a competitive environment

In addition to facing these challenges, modern leaders also have to…

Find time to do the work, mentor, listen, support and advocate for yourself and your team

Being able to do all of these things, all of the time, is a tall order.

It’s easy to feel like you’re failing at keeping all of the balls in the air. In most industries, and in most organizations, there isn’t a lot of support available for identifying your strengths and leveraging them to help you navigate these competing and complex demands in your unique way.

This is why I offer exactly this kind of support.

A portrait of executive coach, Heath Hatchett.

Hi, I’m Heath Hatchett

I’m an executive coach for leaders of all levels in tech. After 25+ years leading organizational change and growing high-performance teams in Silicon Valley, I know the power that transformational leaders have to shift the status quo into something truly extraordinary. I believe everyone deserves a great leader, and every leader deserves the support to BE that great leader.

My approach to coaching is results-driven, but process-oriented. I will help you gain perspective, presence, clarity, and confidence so you can use your strengths to progress toward your goals and become the center of a much greater ripple effect.

To bring out the best in your teams, you have to bring out the best in yourself.
